The Sales Consultant will directly handle customer service—either at our office or during in-person visits—providing vehicle protection solutions for individuals and businesses, ranging from ride-hailing drivers to small-, medium-, and large-sized enterprises in the automotive sector. **Key Responsibilities:** * Proactively prospect new customers through both external activities (e.g., street outreach, events, partnerships) and internal efforts (e.g., referrals, social media, leads); * Provide consultative customer service by presenting the benefits and unique advantages of vehicle protection; * Complete and maintain up-to-date spreadsheets and control systems (e.g., CRM), with emphasis on organization and sales funnel tracking; * Provide post-sales support, including guidance on payments, due dates, bank slips, and clarifications regarding contracted services; * Request referrals for new members after each successful closing; * Adhere to customer service standards and sales arguments established by the commercial team; * Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation initiatives and promotional campaigns; * Achieve individual targets and contribute to team objectives. **Requirements:** Strong communication skills and professional demeanor; Proactivity and a commercial mindset; Organizational skills and discipline in using tools and managing schedules; Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks; Attention to detail and ability to resolve objections and problems; Proficiency with digital tools (e.g., WhatsApp, Instagram, email, etc.); Prior experience in external sales or customer service is preferred. *If you are goal-driven, enjoy interacting with people, and seek professional and financial growth, this opportunity is for you!* Employment type: Full-time Salary: R$3,500.00 – R$6,456.55 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Profit-sharing
