




Job Summary: Professional to supervise external garment production, ensuring quality, deadlines, and optimization of apparel manufacturing processes. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on productivity improvement and waste reduction ***Uniform and PPE Manufacturing Industry*** **Requirements:** * Reside in Bragança Paulista or nearby cities; * Proven experience in supervising garment production; * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields (preferred); * Proficiency in sewing machines (straight-stitch, overlock, buttonholer, etc.) and apparel assembly processes and quality control; * Willingness to travel and possession of driver's license category B and personal vehicle. **Responsibilities:** * Subcontracted Workshop Management: Conduct periodic visits to external workshops to monitor production and ensure volume targets and deadlines (schedules) are met. * Quality Control: Inspect produced garments (sewing, assembly, finishing) to ensure compliance with company quality standards and the approved sample garment. * Logistics and Supply: Distribute materials (cut fabrics, trims, threads) to workshops and support logistics for collecting finished garments. * Technical Guidance: Train and guide workshops on operational sequences, garment assembly, machine usage (straight-stitch, overlock, buttonholer), and rework solutions. * Problem Management: Identify bottlenecks, production deviations, and propose improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste. * Reporting: Update reports on the status of external production and incidents. **About the position:** * On-site work \- Monday to Thursday from 07:30 to 17:30, Friday from 07:30 to 15:50 * Quarterly performance bonus upon target achievement \+ Basic Food Basket \+ Dental and Pharmacy Benefits (at no cost) \+ Transportation Allowance \+ Life Insurance.
