Work Location: Atibaia, SP - Atibaia Saneamentos **Responsibilities and duties** Develop medium-complexity planning of activities and construction projects, as well as collect productivity information from construction sites, aiming to meet milestone dates. Perform reading and interpretation of medium-complexity engineering projects, carry out quantity takeoffs from project plans, aiming at construction and monitoring of the construction schedule; Develop action plans to recover construction delays, fill out and report current performance indicators; Participate in sectoral meetings of the engineering construction team, identifying schedule deviations and assisting in daily construction planning; Perform specific controls for ongoing activities to monitor their progress and alert management about deviations; Prepare reports to communicate schedules, indicators, and deviations, providing detailed monitoring and relevant information for the smooth progress of activities; **Requirements and qualifications** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fields; Desirable: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; MS Project; Desirable: Planning management tools; Desirable: Brazilian driver's license (CNH) category AB; At Iguá Saneamento, we value diversity in all contexts and are committed to promoting an ethical and inclusive culture.
