Description

Job Summary: Responsible for managing the product catalog, monitoring website and marketplace performance, ensuring data integrity, and supporting the customer journey. Key Highlights: 1. Full management of online product catalog and information 2. E-commerce and marketplace performance monitoring 3. Support for continuous process improvement and customer experience * Register, update, and remove products from the online store. * Maintain up-to-date pricing, inventory, descriptions, and category information. * Perform basic platform configurations and support UX improvements. * Monitor website performance (conversion rate, searches, purchase funnel, abandoned carts, internal searches). * Ensure data integrity and consistency of the digital catalog. * Track orders and sales flows, ensuring payment, shipping, and delivery stages proceed correctly. * Register and synchronize products on company marketplaces. * Monitor marketplace KPIs and metrics (SLA, reputation, sales). * Resolve integration discrepancies between e-commerce and marketplaces (inventory, pricing, categories, attributes). * Support negotiations or adjustments with marketplaces for promotions or visibility. * Monitor the customer’s purchase journey and post-purchase experience. * Support resolution of customer inquiries and issues together with logistics and finance teams. * Monitor customer and marketplace reviews, suggesting improvements to processes or products. * Ensure a positive and trustworthy shopping experience for customers. * Evaluate the company’s pricing positioning relative to competitors. * Assist in creating and tracking online promotions, campaigns, and coupons. * Support the team in continuously improving internal processes and digital operations. * Maintain updated reports and data on sales, performance, and digital channel metrics.
