Job Summary: Responsible for managing the Accounts Payable process, strengthening internal controls, and supporting decision-making through managerial reporting and analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation of managerial reports and performance indicator analysis * Responsible for managing the Accounts Payable process, ensuring adherence to deadlines, compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements; * Validation and submission of banking files, ensuring data accuracy and conformity with financial institutions’ standards; * Monitoring of payment flows and liaison with internal departments and suppliers to resolve pending issues and mitigate risks; * Strengthening of internal controls and support for audits, ensuring operational integrity and traceability; * Preparation of managerial reports and analysis of performance indicators to support decision-making; * Conducting bank reconciliations, identifying discrepancies, and proposing improvements to financial processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Solid experience in Accounts Payable handling high-volume payments; * Proficiency in Protheus (TOTVS) system; * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, filters); * Strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and deadline management; * Good communication skills and teamwork orientation; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration or related fields; * Preferred: Experience in advance payment control and corporate card management. **Additional Information** * Fully on-site work model, located in Vila Olímpia/SP.
