Learn more at www.3coracoes.com **Responsibilities and Duties** * Act as the Technical Safety Manager for the São Paulo regional office; * Conduct safety inspections of company facilities and equipment, assessing working conditions and risk areas; * Ensure implementation and consistency of the regional safety programs (PST); * Perform comprehensive diagnostics and documental/legal regularization; * Interface with Regional Managers to reinforce safety culture; * Monitor and authorize high-risk activities, including management of third-party companies; * Monitor safety rituals, with availability for occasional visits during the night shift; * Analyze and address occupational incidents and accidents, establishing and tracking preventive and corrective actions; * Ensure compliance with applicable Regulatory Standards (NRs); * Manage safety and health indicators, including absenteeism and ASOs; * Deliver training sessions and conduct educational campaigns on health and prevention; * Lead and organize the regional technical team’s routine. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education** * Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering and postgraduate specialization in Occupational Safety (active CREA registration). **Required** * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency; * Prior experience in Occupational Safety (even in Senior Technician roles); * Solid knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs) and risk analysis; * Demonstrated maturity and stature to influence and handle strategic topics with senior leadership; * Willingness to work onsite at the Guarulhos unit; * Availability to work on Saturdays and during the night shift (as required); * Valid Class B driver’s license and willingness to undertake regional travel. **Desirable** * Experience in people management; * Knowledge of the SOC system. **Additional Information** **Benefits** * Shared Health Insurance Plan; * Dental Insurance Plan; * Telemedicine and Online Therapy (100% covered by the company); * Transportation allowance; * Meal Voucher; * Monthly Product Kit; * Life Insurance; * Wellhub.
