Responsibilities and Duties * Obtain and compare quotations and pricing from suppliers of materials, supplies, and various services (e.g., cleaning, maintenance, catering, set design, etc.). * Support negotiations regarding pricing, delivery timelines, and commercial terms—with emphasis on cost-effectiveness. * Issue and track purchase orders, ensuring timely deliveries per agreed schedules. * Maintain and update supplier registration records and active contracts. * Support inventory control and verify restocking needs with internal departments (kitchen, maintenance, recreation, administration). * Request emergency quotations in case of operational contingencies or special events. * Monitor material receipt and verify compliance with purchase orders. * Prepare monitoring reports and support monthly departmental expense closing. * Collaborate with internal departments to understand requirements and propose practical, cost-effective solutions. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Logistics, Business Management, or related fields. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and management systems (ERP). * Prior experience in administrative or procurement routines; hospitality or hotel industry experience preferred. * Experience working with suppliers of food and beverages, laundry services, building maintenance, cleaning supplies, and disposable items. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Procurement experience in parks, hotels, restaurants, or event venues. * Basic knowledge of warehouse management and inventory control. * Ability to manage multiple suppliers and tight deadlines.
