Electrode and wire manufacturing industry seeks a Welder Helper professional in Bragança Paulista (Slaughterhouse). **Responsibilities:** Assist the welder in preparing materials to be welded, such as cleaning, cutting, and adjusting parts. Perform assembly and fixation of parts to be welded. Prepare welding equipment, including adjusting electric current and selecting electrode type. Assist in executing welding operations, holding the electrode, controlling welding speed, and monitoring weld bead quality. Perform cleaning and maintenance of welding equipment. Follow workplace safety regulations, using required personal protective equipment. Collaborate with the work team, following supervisor instructions and contributing to achieving established goals and deadlines.
