Act as a bridge between technical and operational departments **Join us as a Programming Assistant - Digital Transformation** **PURPOSE OF THE ROLE** We are seeking a professional to serve as a Digital Transformation Assistant at the Pouso Alegre factory, focusing on reducing losses and waste through technology. This professional will be responsible for developing digital solutions, supporting the maintenance of existing systems, and contributing to data analysis for continuous improvement of industrial processes. We invite you to be part of something bigger. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Develop custom systems and applications to meet factory requirements. * Translate operational needs into functional digital solutions. * Act as a bridge between technical and operational departments, ensuring solutions are applicable and scalable. * Contribute to digital transformation projects focused on process efficiency and automation. * Participate in alignment meetings with internal stakeholders to gather requirements. Ensure delivery of solutions with quality, security, and compliance with company policies. **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (Industrial Automation, Electrical Engineering, Systems Analysis, or related fields). * Proven programming experience (languages such as Python, JavaScript, C#, etc.). * Ability to develop systems and applications from scratch. * Systemic thinking and ability to collaborate integrally across different departments. * Analytical mindset, with focus on problem-solving and value delivery. * Strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities. * Prior experience in industrial environments or process digitization projects is a plus. **At Unilever, inclusion is at the heart of everything we do.** We welcome applications from all backgrounds and are committed to creating an environment where everyone can thrive/succeed.
