




Job Summary: Responsible for leading strategic procurement processes, negotiating with suppliers, managing the supply chain, and monitoring key performance indicators for continuous improvement. Develop new suppliers and monitor departmental performance indicators **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead strategic procurement and negotiation processes, ensuring timely supply of materials, services, and inputs required for projects, with focus on cost, delivery schedule, quality, and innovation. * Obtain quotations for industrial consumption services and products, raw materials, and project-related services; * Negotiate with national suppliers to secure optimal commercial terms (price, payment terms, delivery schedule, quality, etc.); * Track deliveries and deadlines, and ensure system data remains up to date; * Ensure alignment between purchase orders and invoices; * Oversee material handling, warehousing, and delivery; * Monitor cash flow and maintain updated forecasts; * Develop new suppliers, and track and evaluate performance of both new and existing suppliers; * Monitor departmental KPIs and processes, and propose continuous improvements. **Requirements:** * Knowledge and experience in procurement and supply chain processes; * Advanced negotiation skills; * Contract and supplier management; * Familiarity with TOTVS ERP or similar systems; * Advanced Excel and data analysis tools.
