The program is designed to provide a solid foundation for entering the workforce, offering a balance between academic learning and hands-on experience.** **The young apprentice's main responsibilities include completing assigned tasks, complying with company policies and regulations, developing interpersonal skills, and adhering to the scheduled working hours. The young apprentice also has the opportunity to acquire practical knowledge in administrative or operational areas.** **Prerequisites:** * **Currently enrolled in regular high school education;** * **Aged between 14 and 16 years;** * **Availability to work in the afternoon (1:30 PM to 5:30 PM);** * **Strong sense of organization;** * **Curiosity and proactivity to learn.**
