




Job Summary: Support field technicians in managing schedules, respond to customers via WhatsApp, monitor service timelines, track service tickets, and record requests in the system. Communication between technicians and customers regarding requests Assist field technicians in managing and updating service and installation appointment calendars. Respond to customer calls and WhatsApp messages, providing technical support and clarifying doubts about appointments and services. Monitor and adjust service schedules to ensure optimal routing and timely delivery. Track and prioritize open service tickets, ensuring communication between technicians and customers. Record and track requests and incidents in the company's system. Escalate more complex issues to advanced support technicians or management, when necessary. Keep customers informed about the status of their requests and any changes to their appointments. **Requirements:** Completed high school education. Prior customer service experience, preferably in technical support. Basic computer skills (use of internal systems and management tools). Proficiency with communication tools such as WhatsApp and telephone. Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple appointments. Ability to work under pressure and resolve problems quickly and efficiently. Good verbal and written communication skills. **Desirable Qualifications:** Previous experience with internet service providers or in technical support roles. Basic knowledge of internet networks, modems, and routers. Familiarity with ticketing and service request management systems. Ability to handle customer conflict or dissatisfaction calmly and professionally. Certifications or training courses in customer service. Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Saturdays and holidays follow a rotating shift schedule) Initial Compensation: **R$ 1\.621,00 \+ Benefits** Meal Allowance: **R$29,00** (per day worked)
