Description

Job Summary: This Purchasing Assistant is responsible for registering and maintaining products, suppliers, and customers in SAP and VTEX, ensuring data integrity and integration across digital platforms. Key Highlights: 1. Product, supplier, and customer registration and maintenance in SAP and VTEX 2. Ensuring integration across digital platforms 3. Communicating with requesters to clarify questions PURCHASING ASSISTANT * Register products, suppliers, and/or customers in SAP based on information received from the Shared Services Center (SSC), evaluate the received information, and communicate\-with requesters to clarify doubts or correct incomplete or incorrect information, thereby ensuring that products, suppliers, and/or customers are properly registered for purchasing and sales; * Maintain customer, supplier, and/or product data registered in SAP by updating information as requested and/or identified by the relevant department, thereby keeping system records up to date; * Expand customer and/or supplier data in SAP to ensure they can perform other types of transactions at Friopeças; * Register products in VTEX using information received from the SSC, ensuring products can be integrated into digital platforms; * Configure and create categories and subcategories on the VTEX platform, making adjustments as necessary to ensure proper integration with marketplaces and correct display across different platforms; * Requirements * Basic Excel proficiency * Completed high school education * Bachelor's degree in progress (preferred) Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) * Transportation allowance * Meal or food allowance * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Gympass * University partnership program
