Job Summary: Design, develop, and coordinate solutions across all project phases, focusing on constructability, clash detection, and accuracy of quantity take-offs, using BIM models. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination of solutions across FEL0–FEL3 phases 2. Focus on constructability and accuracy of quantity take-offs 3. Development of BIM models and multidisciplinary integration Design, develop, and coordinate solutions across FEL0–FEL3 phases (feasibility, conceptual, basic, detailed design), focusing on constructability, clash detection, and accuracy of quantity take-offs. · Production/validation of drawings and models; preparation of clash maps, model coordination, and support for Gates/Design Reviews. Development of BIM models (LOD, libraries, standardization, clash detection, 4D/5D, QTO), multidisciplinary integration, and support for RIPLAs and implementation sequencing.
