Promote integration and organization of project information. **JOB OPENING:** BIM Specialist Engineer – Work as a PJ **WORK LOCATION:** BH Office **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** SUMMARY DESCRIPTION A professional responsible for structuring and implementing the BIM methodology within the company, defining processes, standards, and workflows for project development and management. Will support internal teams and external designers, promoting interdisciplinary integration and improving project quality and efficiency. The BIM methodology implementation will cover the areas of Design, Estimating, Planning, Technical Assistance, and Construction. DETAILED DESCRIPTION · Implement the BIM methodology within the company. · Define BIM standards, workflows, and guidelines. · Support internal teams and designers in using the methodology. · Promote integration and organization of project information. · Conduct BIM-related meetings and training sessions. · Manage and monitor external contracts related to BIM services, including development of templates and libraries. **WORK HOURS:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM **EDUCATION:** Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urban Planning or Civil Engineering. Postgraduate degree in BIM or related fields. Compensation: R$10.000,00 – R$18.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
