Responsible for applying psychological knowledge to workplace-related issues, aiming to promote emotional well-being, mental health, and employee productivity. **Schedule:** 6 hours daily (Monday to Friday, from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM) **Salary:** R$ 3.237,73 **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * Meal voucher or food allowance; * Medical assistance (UNIMED); * Dental assistance (METLIFE); * Educational assistance (for undergraduate and postgraduate studies); * Daycare allowance — amounting to R$ 200.00 (per child), subject to eligibility criteria and for children up to 48 months of age (limited to 3 children), intended for: o Mothers or legal guardians of children up to 48 months of age, or of children with special needs of any age; o Fathers with definitive custody of children up to 48 months of age, or of children with special needs of any age. * Quality-of-life program; * Funeral plan; * Partnerships with restaurants, Pacheco, psychologists, pharmacies, auto repair shops, and gyms; * Christmas gift card. **Responsibilities and duties** * Contact and schedule appointments with employees enrolled in Psychological Support Services; * Conduct individual or group assessments to identify stress factors, dissatisfaction, or conflicts in the workplace, seeking to understand employees’ emotional needs; * Provide emotional support to employees facing personal or professional difficulties through counseling sessions and active listening; * Develop prevention programs and strategies against occupational burnout, promoting initiatives aimed at reducing stress and improving work-life balance; * Intervene in interpersonal conflicts among colleagues or between employees and management, using mediation techniques to seek peaceful and constructive solutions; * Design and deliver lectures on emotional skills, effective communication, stress management, and other topics related to personal and professional development; * Collaborate in developing policies and practices aimed at fostering a healthy and motivating work environment, contributing to the overall well-being of employees; * Monitor the impact of mental health interventions and programs, collecting data and feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented actions; * Complete indicator reports regarding psychological support requests, reporting progress to the immediate supervisor; * Provide psychological support to employees during termination of employment contracts, as needed; * Discuss critical cases with occupational physicians; * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity level, upon request by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Psychology Desirable: Specialization and/or postgraduate degree in Clinical Psychology and related fields Active CRP registration.
