Job Summary: A professional responsible for part layout, measurement and inspection, analysis of nonconformities, equipment maintenance, and preparation of reports and training. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance of three-dimensional measurement equipment Perform layout on raw parts, measuring and marking specific locations using a laser tracker and a coordinate measuring arm according to the 2D drawing; Conduct analysis on samples of raw parts using a laser tracker, if necessary; Participate in meetings with management to identify improvements addressing nonconformities in production; Inspect machined parts and verify the quality of performed services; Calibrate conventional measuring instruments; Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on three-dimensional measurement equipment (Faro arm and laser tracker); Identify and segregate nonconforming parts according to the exit procedure; Perform measurements using conventional instruments; Carry out external tasks related to measurements and manual rework of machined parts; Prepare technical reports and report part conditions (e.g., thickness, excess material, etc.); Conduct training on procedures for handling measurement equipment and completing reports, ensuring team readiness for task execution; Develop procedures related to layout processes for raw parts;
