Job Summary: This Junior Occupational Safety Technician position involves inspections, support, program development, and training to ensure workplace safety. Key Highlights: 1. Deliver Occupational Safety Training Junior Occupational Safety Technician \- Itirapina **Preferred Residence:** * Capinzal, SC * 75% of time in Capinzal, SC * 25% of time in Carambeí, PR **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct safety inspections and provide support to the unit regarding its management, in accordance with the organization's strategic definitions; * Participate in meetings jointly with production and interact with supervision; * Validate documentation release for service providers; * Inspect accident prevention and fire-fighting equipment, and interact with maintenance and external suppliers to adapt or replace equipment; * Support the application and interpretation of regulatory standards and other applicable legislation; * Provide support, guidance, and leadership for CIPATR activities; * Update safety indicators and other data stratifications related to incidents; * Validate content of mandatory training according to applicable legislation; * Perform analysis of complex occurrences (accidents and incidents) and CAT filings; * Develop accident prevention documents and programs: PGR, PCA, and PPR; * Participate in audit processes, insurer inspections, and labor expert assessments, as well as implement the proposed Action Plan; * Analyze, together with the supervisor, the unit's risk procedures; * Participate in and monitor the planning and breakdown of internal audit and diagnostic action plans. * Deliver Occupational Safety Training; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical course in Occupational Safety with Active Registration (Mandatory); Desirable: * NR 35 / NR 33 Instructor * Intermediate Power BI proficiency * Courses in Occupational Hygiene * Experience: 1 year in this role. * Experience in the Poultry Industry. * Intermediate Office Suite proficiency \- (Mandatory); * Driver's License Category B \- (Mandatory) Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire (CLT) Salary: R$3\.815,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Company mobile phone * Food basket * Profit-sharing * Life insurance Education: * Completed Technical Education (Mandatory) Experience: * Occupational Safety (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
