(Temporary) *What We Are Looking For:* Completed Technical Education or Currently Enrolled in a Bachelor’s Program At least 2 years of *proven* experience in IT Technical Support. Knowledge of hardware maintenance and software configuration. Residence near the location. Availability for flexible hours and travel. *Responsibilities and Required Knowledge:* Hardware support and maintenance, including installation, fault diagnosis, and inventory control. Operating system administration, including installation, configuration, updates, and troubleshooting. Software management, including installation, corporate system support, and error correction. Networking, security, printing, and telephony operations to ensure connectivity and protection.
