Infrastructure and support for professional development Links RH is looking for a **Pre-Sales Assistant** to strengthen the sales team in Fraiburgo - SC and support the growth of one of the fastest-rising solar energy companies. If you are communicative, organized, enjoy interacting with people, and have strong skills in identifying customer needs and generating opportunities, this role is for you! **Responsibilities** * Conduct **active prospecting** (phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and targeted visits); * Perform **lead generation and qualification**, understanding customer needs and profiles; * Manage the entire **pre-sales process**, ensuring customers receive initial information about solar energy solutions; * Execute strategic **follow-ups** and record activities in the CRM; * Schedule visits and meetings for the sales team; * Deliver qualified leads to the sales team for final negotiation; * Support commercial initiatives and events as needed. **Requirements** * Prior experience in pre-sales, telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service; * Driver's license (Category B); * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Proactive, organized, and goal-oriented profile; * Strong interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customer profiles; * Basic knowledge of solar energy is desirable (not mandatory – we provide training!). **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the solar energy sector or broader energy market; * Familiarity with CRMs or sales tools. **What We Offer** * Collaborative work environment with continuous training; * Infrastructure and support for professional development; * Company vehicle for client visits; * Market-competitive remuneration + benefits + performance-based incentives.
