Every day, we have the opportunity to achieve something new—and you can be part of it. **\#JoinVC** **Responsibilities and Duties** Drive road trucks, tankers, or off-road vehicles to transport materials between production areas, as per predefined instructions. * Operate industrial vehicles, such as wheel loaders, by actuating levers, controls, and pedals to collect, move, load, transport, and drill rock, as per predefined instructions. * Complete vehicle checklists by inspecting oil levels, tire wear, and cleanliness conditions; report maintenance needs, identify failures, and request repairs to keep vehicles in optimal operating condition. * Perform maintenance tasks within the limits of one’s knowledge and authority. * Assist in blast marking activities. * Collect, identify, and dispatch samples from drilled holes for subsequent laboratory analysis. * Conduct preliminary risk assessments for upcoming tasks, following established safety rules and procedures. * Request parts/equipment required to perform assigned tasks. * Keep the workplace clean and organized. * Guide less-experienced professionals. * Promote safety actions, standards, and procedures to raise awareness among employees and managers, and disseminate the culture of compliance with occupational health and safety rules, procedures, practices, and objectives. * Assist in blast and drilling marking processes for mine detonation. * Support access road maintenance. * Perform other related duties as required by the area. * Safeguard equipment under one’s responsibility and the work environment.
