**Loss Prevention Supervisor \- Videira \- SC \#1363** 1 vacancy ZIP Code: 89\.560\-000 **Salary and benefits**: negotiable \+ 40% leadership allowance Lunch provided at the company **Working hours:** Business hours, Monday to Friday **Main responsibilities:** * Supervise loss control and prevention activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures; * Conduct internal audits in operational departments, verifying compliance and identifying improvement opportunities; * Monitor and analyze loss indicators, breakages, thefts, damages, and inventory discrepancies, proposing corrective and preventive actions; * Coordinate store inspectors, security personnel, and auditors, ensuring alignment with departmental goals; * Monitor cycle and general inventory processes, ensuring inventory accuracy; * Promote educational initiatives and training programs to raise employee awareness about loss prevention; * Implement and monitor action plans for loss reduction in collaboration with operational managers; * Supervise the movement of high-risk products, controlling entries and exits; * Ensure compliance with asset security regulations and store/distribution center opening and closing procedures; * Prepare management reports analyzing root causes and results achieved, presenting performance indicators and improvement plans; * Maintain relationships with public security agencies and outsourced security companies when applicable; * Contribute to the development of internal security and asset integrity policies. **Mandatory requirements:** * Technical or higher education in Logistics, Business Administration, Security Management, or related fields; * Proven experience in loss prevention, inventory control, asset security, or internal auditing (preferably in retail or distribution centers); * Knowledge of inventory procedures, indicator monitoring, and operational report analysis; * Intermediate proficiency in Office Suite (especially Excel); * Leadership and communication skills to guide and engage teams; * Analytical, observant, proactive, and ethical profile; * Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions; * Availability for flexible schedules and travel between units (when necessary). **Desirable requirements:** * Experience with ERP systems and inventory control and loss reporting. * Experience in food retail, supermarkets, or wholesale clubs; * Training courses in loss prevention, asset security, or risk management; Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree lunch provided at the company
