We want to grow as a company, as a team, and as individuals. **Your mission will be:** Ensure that our systems and their functionalities are delivered with the highest possible quality and meet customer expectations. **We are looking for someone who will:** * Analyze technical task documents, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring that customer expectations are clear and detailed enough for the development team to meet them; * Implement and execute tests, performing verifications according to predefined parameters and identifying bugs and defects in tasks, reporting errors to the development team; * Ensure compliance with SLAs committed by Inovadora to the customer; * Ensure quality throughout the entire software development lifecycle, verifying processes, tools, and best practices available for the product and technologies used, thereby promoting continuous process improvement as a whole; * Approve tasks against acceptance criteria, as analyzed by the product owner, ensuring that a task is considered complete only when all criteria are fully satisfied. **To succeed in this role, you must have:** * 0–3 years of relevant experience in previous quality control roles; * Ongoing undergraduate degree in: Computer Science, Information Systems/Management Services, Information Systems, or Informatics; * Knowledge of agile methodology; * Knowledge of bug tracking and project management systems; * Knowledge of using a test management tool; * Collaboration with the team (root cause analysis, procedure development, incident analysis, evaluation of reported non-conformities, handling demands, and self-development).
