Job Summary: The Security Guard at ADM in Joaçaba/SC will be responsible for asset protection, controlling access of people and vehicles, and meeting security standards. Key Highlights: 1. Inclusive environment that values diversity We have an immediate opening at ADM’s South America unit located in Brazil, in **Joaçaba/SC.** **Position: Security Guard** **MISSION:** Perform front desk operations to ensure asset protection, implement access controls for people and vehicles, deliver security services, and uphold organizational standards—through collaboration with other operators/third parties—to achieve company-defined results and goals. **Main Responsibilities:** * Contribute to protecting the Company’s assets by implementing pre-established standard controls; * Guide drivers and organize truck queues in the yard; * Organize and expedite truck entry from the external yard into the factory area, preventing congestion at the weigh station; * Inform and guide drivers who are not complying with the factory’s safety procedures. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills (Office); * Prior experience in this field is a plus. **\#IncludingYou** Diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are pillars of ADM’s efforts to continue innovating, driving growth, and delivering exceptional performance.
