Job Summary: The Doorman at ADM in Joaçaba/SC will be responsible for asset protection, controlling access of personnel and vehicles, and implementing security procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on security and organization We have an immediate opening at ADM's South America unit located in Brazil, in **Joaçaba/SC.** **Position: Doorman** **MISSION:** Perform front desk operations to safeguard company assets by managing personnel and vehicle access, ensuring security protocols and organizational principles are upheld through collaboration with other operators/third parties, thereby achieving company-established goals and targets. **Key Responsibilities:** * Contribute to protecting the Company's assets through standardized, pre-established controls; * Guide drivers and organize truck queues in the yard; * Organize and expedite the entry of trucks from the external yard into the factory area, preventing congestion at the weigh station; * Inform and guide drivers who fail to comply with the factory's security procedures. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills (Office); * Prior experience in this field is a plus. **\#IncludingYou** Diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are foundational pillars of ADM’s efforts to continue innovating, driving growth, and delivering exceptional performance.
