If you wish to join our team, don’t miss this opportunity. **Job Description** ---------------------- * Enter invoices for payment to service providers. * Generate meal control reports. * Input Facilities service information into the Intranet. * Guide fleet vehicle drivers on fueling procedures, change of ownership, and other related processes; perform Fleet and chartered vehicle checklists. * Store materials in the dead file archive and warehouse, maintaining orderly conditions at the location. * Assist in inbound and outbound cell processes and operate the highway weighbridge. * Process delivery confirmation receipt stubs and respond to 0800 net calls for stub digitization. * Attach blind spreadsheets to fiscal invoices—mandatory documentation for purchase receipt at the company—and list fiscal invoices and generate reports on invoices integrated into the SAP system. * Collect signatures from responsible parties/approvers for recording and archiving fiscal documents. * Issue Pre-Tickets (authorize truck entry into the facility). * Update and close pallet terms in the Pallet Term (TMP) control system. * Occasionally perform loading/unloading operations on loaded or unloaded vehicles, while complying with SST and Quality standards. **Academic Qualifications** ---------------------- * Completed elementary education.
