THE TRANSPORT SOCIAL SERVICE (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL TRANSPORT TRAINING SERVICE (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (CNPJ/MF) under numbers 73\.471\.989/0001\-95 and 73\.471\.963/0001\-47, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby publicly announce the opening of registrations for the Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice.
**1\. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:**
1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages.
1\.2\. Approved candidates may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order.
1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution shall be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the SEST SENAT Executive Department.
POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES
2\.. The Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below:
**POSITION:** General Services Assistant
**EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT).
**BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units are extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Health plan (with co-payment) \- Employee’s monthly fee covered by the company; dependent(s)’ monthly fee covered by the employee.
2\.1\. Work schedule and shifts will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call; the candidate must inform availability for the established schedule. Candidates who decline the position due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process.

**Job Summary:** Performs cleaning services in indoor and outdoor environments and furniture at the Operational Unit; replenishes supplies in restrooms; cleans and organizes work materials; and provides support for events organized by the Unit, contributing to an environment conducive to institutional activities.
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (MANDATORY):**
**NOTE:** PROOF OF THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME.
**EDUCATION:**
Completed elementary education (or higher level of education).
Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated via:
a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or
b) Officially signed and stamped course completion declaration.
c) For higher education, proof of enrollment, duly signed and stamped by the educational institution.
**EXPERIENCE:**
PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN CLEANING SERVICES FOR OFFICE AND/OR CORPORATE ENVIRONMENTS.
**PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Documentation must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, under penalty of disapproval of submitted documents. Proof of requested professional experience must be demonstrated by:
a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and type of service performed, along with a description of activities carried out;
b) Or copy of the Worker’s Social Security Card (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly demonstrating relevance to the target position (only if the CTPS entry uses nomenclature correlated to that required in the Selection Process);
c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed during service provision, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove experience.
**SYLLABUS:**
**PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):**
Text comprehension and interpretation. Official orthography. New orthographic agreement. Graphic accentuation. Punctuation. Usage of word classes. Literal and contextual meaning of words. Syntax of agreement and government. Verbal and nominal agreement.
**SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:**
Basic hygiene and health concepts; workplace organization and cleaning. Safety concepts: Prevention of occupational accidents. Identification and use of tools and instruments related to job activities. Quality of service delivery. Workplace etiquette. Ethics. Maintenance and preservation of electrical and hydraulic installation equipment. Autonomous Social Services. Common knowledge inherent to the position.
