Oversee garment fittings and make necessary adjustments. Optimize pattern nesting to reduce material waste. Collaborate with styling and production teams to ensure technical feasibility of products. Stay\-updated on new pattern-making techniques and industry trends. REQUIREMENTS: Technical or higher education in Pattern Making, Fashion Design, or related fields. Proven experience as a Pattern Maker, preferably in the Textile/Leather segment. Knowledge of pattern-making software (CAD) is a plus. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings. Attention to detail, organization, and proactivity.
