




Responsible for people and process management, aiming to ensure the results previously established by the company, optimizing performance, implementing new methods, analyzing and making decisions based on reports, standardizing store operations to better serve the customer. , **Area responsibilities:** * Coordinate all activities involving the store, such as: opening and closing the store, people management, store operations, inventory, ensuring full operational standards according to company guidelines; * Plan and supervise administrative and operational activities of the store, guiding and leading teams from each department, setting performance goals and standards, monitoring and evaluating achieved results, always making necessary corrections; * Be accountable for store results in terms of sales volume, gross profitability, and operational expenses; * Control general store expenses, seeking their minimization by addressing major costs such as payroll, electricity, maintenance, losses, etc.; * Monitor and participate in planning store promotions, merchandising, and general advertising; * Ensure total quality in customer service by monitoring product presentation, shelf arrangement, correct pricing and specifications, expiration dates, and other factors; * Maintain constant contact with customers, identifying their needs and recording their suggestions, providing input for decision-making in commercial and operational areas; * Monitor all sales activities within the store; * Supervise and maintain the store's layout and cleanliness standards, as well as employee performance and appearance, preserving the company's image; * Manage and monitor the schedule for maintenance of store equipment, as well as construction and utility services; * Supervise the execution of periodic inventory counts, ensuring accuracy of collected data; * Control stockouts in the store and warehouse. Provide commercial team with information regarding stockouts and customer requests; * Monitor and collaborate with the company's HR department in hiring and terminating employees across various store departments; * Conduct meetings to ensure excellence in process execution; * Be responsible for adherence to work schedules and leave plans developed for teams under supervision and strictly manage overtime hours; * Define required staffing levels, shifts, and number of employees, considering seasonal flow (hour/week/month), always focusing on producing more with less; * Have thorough knowledge of Inmetro and health inspection regulations; * Ensure compliance with internal safety regulations; * Monitor general store cleaning services, purchase deliveries, and promotional staff.
