




Join the Passarela team! **Your responsibilities will be:** Assist in implementing and ensuring compliance with company policies; Screen resumes and contact candidates, conduct assessments and evaluations to identify the best profiles for hiring; Coordinate and monitor admission, termination, and periodic medical exams (return-to-work and job role changes); Provide the list of required documents for onboarding and collect them, forwarding to the headquarters HR department for hiring procedures; Collect signatures on documents (records, contracts, time cards, pay slips, etc...); Purchase transportation vouchers, managing and distributing them to employees who require them; Manage the distribution of meal vouchers and benefit cards, collecting employee signatures on delivery receipts; Monitor leaves of absence and medical certificates, recording them in spreadsheets for internal tracking; Review and monitor time card reports, forwarding them to coordinators and, in cases of discrepancies, issuing warnings or suspensions if necessary; , **Job requirements:** Computer skills, labor legislation, assessment techniques. Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources Management, Management Processes, or related fields 1 year of experience
