We aim to grow—as a company, as a team, and as individuals. **Your Mission Will Be:** To ensure our systems and their features are delivered with the highest possible quality and fully meet customer expectations. **We Are Looking for Someone Who Will:** * Analyze technical task documents, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring customer expectations are clear and sufficiently detailed for the development team to meet them; * Create test scenarios requiring execution, describing the expected behavior as the functional parameter defined in the task; * Implement and execute tests, performing verifications according to predefined parameters and identifying bugs and defects in tasks, reporting errors to the development team; * Document testing phases, identified defects, and lessons learned—ensuring clarity, objectivity, and accessibility for any reader; * Ensure quality throughout the entire software development lifecycle by reviewing processes, tools, and best practices applicable to the product and technologies used, thereby promoting continuous improvement of the overall process; * Approve tasks against acceptance criteria, per the Product Owner’s analysis, ensuring a task is considered complete only when all criteria are fully satisfied. **How It’s Done:** * Assumes responsibilities outlined in the departmental plan; * Understands the business and has deeper insight into interdependencies among involved variables; * Makes operational decisions—even those without precedent—understanding the impact of actions on their team and other interfacing teams; * Receives prioritized responsibilities and seeks guidance and support when necessary; * Delivers outputs of varying complexity, balancing simpler, standardized tasks with more complex, adaptive ones; * Delivers consistently without necessarily requiring extra effort for execution. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in previous quality control roles; * Completed undergraduate degree in: Computer Science, Information Systems/Information Management Services, or Information Systems/Informatics; * Experience with bug-tracking systems and project management tools; * Experience with test management tools; * Ability to develop manuals, procedures, and work instructions aimed at standardizing quality processes; * Collaborative teamwork (root cause analysis, procedure development, incident analysis, evaluation of reported non-conformities, handling requests, and self-development).
