We aim to grow as a company, as a team, and as individuals. **Your Mission Will Be:** To ensure our systems and their functionalities are delivered with the highest possible quality and fully aligned with customer expectations. **We Are Looking for Someone Who Will:** * Analyze technical task documents, identifying improvement opportunities and ensuring customer expectations are clearly and thoroughly defined so the development team can meet them; * Create test scenarios requiring execution, describing the expected behavior as the functional parameter specified in the task; * Implement and execute tests, verifying against pre-established parameters and identifying bugs and defects in tasks, reporting errors to the development team; * Document testing phases, identified defects, and lessons learned—ensuring clarity, objectivity, and accessibility for any reader; * Ensure quality throughout the entire software development lifecycle, reviewing processes, tools, and best practices applicable to the product and technologies used, thereby promoting continuous process improvement; * Approve tasks against acceptance criteria, per product owner analysis, ensuring tasks are considered complete only when all criteria are fully satisfied. **How It’s Done:** * Assumes responsibilities outlined in the departmental plan; * Understands the business and has deeper insight into interdependencies among involved variables; * Makes operational decisions without necessarily relying on precedents, understanding the impact of actions on both the immediate team and other interfacing teams; * Receives prioritized responsibilities and seeks guidance and support as needed; * Delivers outputs of varying complexity, balancing simpler, standardized tasks with more challenging, adaptive ones; * Delivers consistently without requiring extra effort for execution. **Requirements:** * Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in prior quality control roles; * Completed undergraduate degree in: Computer Science, Information Systems/Management Services, Information Systems, or Informatics; * Experience with bug-tracking systems and project management; * Experience with test management tools; * Ability to develop manuals, procedures, and work instructions aimed at standardizing quality processes; * Collaborative engagement with the team (root cause analysis, procedure development, incident analysis, evaluation of reported non-conformities, handling demands, and self-development).
