Because it’s more than just a job — it’s a role at Senior. **LEARN MORE ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY:** We are looking for a professional responsible for delivering the project portfolio under their coordination, ensuring adherence to deadlines, costs, contracted scope, financial and operational results, and customer satisfaction, using Senior’s management methodology. This role requires on-site work in São Paulo \- SP or Blumenau – SC. **Responsibilities:****ERP Project Portfolio Management*** Coordinate multiple simultaneous projects, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives. * Monitor performance indicators (schedule, scope, cost, quality, and profitability) for each project and for the portfolio as a whole. **Governance and Communication*** Ensure effective preparation and communication of periodic status reports to internal and external stakeholders. * Participate in governance committees and progress meetings with clients and internal departments. **Financial and Operational Management*** Ensure accurate time tracking by teams in control systems (timesheet). * Control and validate contractual milestones for billing, aligned with delivery plans. * Monitor project profitability and propose corrective actions when necessary. **People Management*** Conduct performance management, development, and feedback activities for Project Managers (PMs), Project Analysts (PAs), and other team members. * Conduct performance evaluations and individual and collective development plans. **Risk and Escalation Management*** Serve as the first point of contact for client escalations in critical situations, leading discussions focused on rapid resolution. * Identify and mitigate operational and strategic project risks. **Execution Oversight*** Monitor portfolio execution according to adopted methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, hybrid), ensuring deliveries within agreed parameters. * Use project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, SAP, among others. **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:*** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. * Proven experience coordinating ERP project portfolios (SAP, Oracle, Totvs, etc.). * Knowledge of project financial management, cost control, and profitability analysis. * Leadership skills for managing cross-functional teams and handling conflicts. * Excellence in communication, negotiation, and client relationship management. * Proficiency in project management and BI tools (Power BI, MS Project, Jira, etc.). * Intermediate English proficiency. **WHAT COULD ENHANCE YOUR APPLICATION:*** Experience applying AI technologies in project implementation; * Postgraduate degree or certifications in Project Management (PMP, PMI\-ACP, Scrum Master, etc.). **Our Benefits:*** Health and dental insurance; * Life insurance \- PPLR \- Profit and Results Sharing;* Wiipo Card with flexible benefits * Wiipo Club offering exclusive discounts and advantages \- TotalPass \- Gym and wellness benefit;* Banked hours; * Citizen Company: Extended maternity and paternity leave; * Birth assistance; * Pet assistance; * Senior Corporate University; * Career development plan **Our Senior Way of Being:** Our culture respects individuality and empowers people through innovation, collaboration, and autonomy.
