




Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer with experience in managing vertical residential construction projects, focused on coordinating teams and ensuring project outcomes related to scope, schedule, budget, and quality. Description: What we expect from you: * Completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering; * Minimum 6 years of experience in vertical residential construction projects, including economic-model projects; * \+2 years of team management and coordination experience; * Proven track record of managing multiple consecutive construction projects, preferably from inception to key handover; * Experience in managing schedule, budget, teams, and suppliers; * Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings; Leadership, communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills * Bonus qualifications: * Specialization or postgraduate degree related to the field of practice; * Experience with Prevision and Sienge software; * Coordinate, guide, and ensure execution of construction projects under your supervision—from start to completion—overseeing engineering teams, contractors, and third parties to achieve defined project goals: schedule, budget, quality, and safety. * Serve as the technical responsible for the construction site during its phase, ensuring that schedule, cash flow, budget, and performance indicators remain under control and that company processes are fully complied with. * Ensure implementation of Scire’s procedures (quality, safety, environment, financing agent regulations), and confirm that all documentation, permits, and regulatory requirements are compliant. * Build and develop the construction site team: train, guide, evaluate performance, develop training plans, and promote integration among teams and departments. * Prospect, qualify, and evaluate suppliers and contractors for the construction site; prepare quotations, comparative analyses, contract controls, performance monitoring, and contractual compliance tracking. * Establish and maintain cross-departmental integration: executive planning, procurement, design, budgeting, purchasing, and warehouse—to ensure smooth information flow and adherence to site processes. * Identify, monitor, and mitigate site risks: schedule deviations, budget overruns, quality issues, safety hazards, or environmental concerns—proposing and implementing corrective and preventive actions. * Present periodic construction progress reports to leadership, propose action plans for deviations, and ensure achievement of established goals for your area of responsibility. 2511130202461866233
