**Mission:** Ensure financial control and security for the company by managing receivables, bank reconciliations, and credit analysis, thereby guaranteeing proper sales release, monitoring of the customer portfolio, and tracking of delinquency, in compliance with internal policies and business objectives.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Manage banking transaction-related services for the company, following established standards, and formulate internal financial policies.
* Support accounting and financial closing by providing accurate information to accounting and controllership.
* Ensure compliance with internal regulations and compliance policies.
* Serve suppliers and internal departments by clarifying doubts, negotiating deadlines, and monitoring payments.
* Verify, validate, and record supplier invoices, bank slips, and advances in the financial/ERP system, ensuring correct accounting classification and cost center assignment.
* Prepare reports on accounts payable and supplier balances for financial management and executive leadership.
* Issue payment batches and execute expense payments via international accounts.
* Issue and send specific payment retention authorizations to banks regarding amounts corresponding to integrated personnel remuneration, ensuring financing settlements and adherence to the company's corporate bonus policy.
* Execute and monitor the payment flow, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon deadlines and conditions with suppliers.
* Generate and send payment files (book-entry and non-book-entry) to financial institutions and issue checks when necessary.
* Monitor supplier advances for construction projects, reimbursements, and corporate expenses, ensuring timely accountability and maintenance under authorization, per internal regulations.
* Perform bank account and financial investment reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies between bank statements and accounting records.
* Suggest improvements to financial processes, automation, and internal controls to reduce risks and increase efficiency.
