




**Human Resources Analyst \- Joaçaba \- SC \#1363** 1 vacancy CEP: 89\.600\-000 **Salary and benefits**: To be negotiated * Lunch at the company * Attendance bonus (after probation period) * Discount at network stores (after probation period) * Util Card benefits plan (after probation period) **Working hours:** Business hours, Monday to Friday **Main responsibilities:** * Support the HR manager in activities involving labor routines; * Monitor and coordinate employee medical examinations required for hiring/termination and periodicity according to PCMSO; * Process new hires; * Monitor and manage the timekeeping system; * Recruitment and selection; * Assess deductions and events to be paid or deducted upon termination; * Employee support and assistance; * Timekeeping analysis for payroll closing; * Enrollment in benefits plans. **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields; * Prior experience in generalist Human Resources; * Knowledge of labor legislation and personnel department routines; * Familiarity with HR systems (timekeeping, payroll, recruitment, etc.); * Strong oral and written communication skills, and ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels; * Organizational skills and attention to detail, with focus on deadlines and processes; * Proactivity, sense of responsibility, and professional ethics; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
