Description
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual who enjoys process-driven work to join our HR Payroll team. Unlike internal HR Payroll departments within a single company, here you will serve as the right-hand support for multiple clients, ensuring payroll processing and ancillary obligations remain consistently flawless.
**Key Responsibilities**
Payroll Processing: Calculate payroll, pro-labore, 13th salary, and vacation pay for companies across various sectors.
Hirings and Terminations: Manage documentation workflows, termination calculations, and homologations.
Ancillary Obligations: Submit events to eSocial, DCTFWeb, FGTS Digital, and GFIP/SEFIP (where applicable).
Social Contributions: Calculate and issue payment slips (DARF, GPS, DAE).
Client Support: Address client inquiries regarding labor legislation, collective bargaining agreements, and internal procedures.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Prior Experience: Experience in accounting firms (familiarity with multi-company routines is a strong advantage).
Legislation: Up-to-date knowledge of the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT) and eSocial regulations.
