Job Summary: A professional responsible for installing and maintaining internet services, configuring equipment, and ensuring customer satisfaction with agility and courtesy. Key Highlights: 1. Perform internet service activation and maintenance for customers 2. Configure equipment and safeguard company assets 3. Ensure customer satisfaction with flexibility and agility Remember that moment of customer joy when the doorbell rings and they see the person who will install their internet? The Activation Team consists of those professionals who visit customers to activate new connections and perform necessary maintenance.
