If you are looking for a place for your professional development, enjoy challenges, and have experience in the technical field, this is your opportunity. **Your responsibilities will be:** * Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the external network, ensuring connectivity and proper functionality for customers. * Retrieve company-owned equipment; * Act as support technician (backup) to cover absences or assist with complex requests; * Provide high-quality technical support to customers, responding to inquiries, offering technical guidance, and efficiently and courteously resolving connectivity issues. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace, following safety procedures and ensuring easy access to tools and equipment required for external network repairs. * Ensure the proper condition and maintenance of company equipment, tools, and materials, reporting damages or replacement needs when necessary. * Install Wi-Fi networks at residences, businesses, and designated locations, ensuring correct configuration and wireless network security. * Conduct connectivity and performance tests on the external network to ensure service quality and identify potential areas for improvement. * Maintain accurate records of all activities performed, including repairs, installations, and customer interactions, for future reference and performance reporting. **We expect you to have:** * Intermediate knowledge of Computer Networks; * Wireless Networks; * FTTH Networks; * Knowledge of Company Policy; * Certifications: NR-10 and NR-35 — up to date; * Valid Driver’s License Category AB; * Proactivity; * Problem-solving skills; * Teamwork. **Our Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary; * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance; * TCM Health Plan; * Production bonus. **Work schedule:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. * Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
