




Job Summary: This role involves system support, user training on ERP, implementation of technologies, and database management, with a focus on continuous improvement of systems and processes. Location: Headquarters Department: IT Working Hours: Business hours from Monday to Friday (Saturdays on rotating schedule) **Responsibilities and Duties** Provide support for systems and address user inquiries; Conduct user training on new ERP routines and modules; Implement new technologies and processes; Participate in system version updates; Log and track service tickets with ERP vendors; Correct ERP systems after ticket resolution; Fix database issues for file export; Perform SQL queries to assist incident analysis; Manage existing databases; Observe and comply with administrative and security policies and procedures; Ensure proper operation of company equipment and facilities. **Requirements and Qualifications** Preferably pursuing a degree in Information Systems or Computer Science. **Additional Information** No prior experience in the IT field is required.
