Operational support and procedure documentation About the Position: TEMPORARY VACATION COVERAGE: IT TECHNICIAN II. \> Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 17:00 (subject to change at the company’s or client’s discretion). \> Work Location Address: Vila Pedrini, Joaçaba/SC. \> Employment Type: CLT, fully on-site. \> Duration: August 31, 2026 to October 02, 2026\. \> What We Are Looking For: * Education: Completed Technical or Bachelor’s degree in IT (completed or currently pursuing); * Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Language: Technical English; * Experience: 2 years. \> Core Responsibilities (Essential Duties/Tasks): * **Hardware maintenance and support:** installation, configuration, preventive/corrective maintenance, component replacement, inventory, and asset management. * **Operating systems:** installation, configuration, updates, optimization, and troubleshooting (drivers, disk, video, power, language, network, and printing). * **Applications and software:** installation, updates, configuration, and fault resolution—including government, banking, and digital certificate software. * **File management:** backup, restoration, recovery, conversion, and file transfer. * **Information security:** antivirus, firewall, automatic updates, virus removal, and security incident resolution. * **Printing:** printer and print queue installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. * **Networks and cabling:** network point installation, maintenance, and reorganization; authentication and navigation support. * **Telephony:** extension installation, testing, relocation, and connectivity repair. * **Monitoring:** server, service, link, and system monitoring; failure identification; and ticket creation. * **End-user support:** clarification of queries, operational assistance, and procedure documentation.
