Job Summary: Responsible for production and supply chain management across the Biomass and Recycling segments, leading teams and resources. Key Highlights: 1. Multidisciplinary team management 2. Results-oriented approach and regulatory compliance **Responsibilities:** Responsible for Production and Supply Chain related to products within the Biomass and Recycling segments. Manage multidisciplinary teams (training, hiring, supporting, evaluating, and providing feedback), and manage resources including raw materials, labor, budgets, costs, investments, and expenses. Ensure delivery of results and compliance with legal and safety regulations. Create/improve and review processes within the functional area. Accountable for departmental goals and performance indicators. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. An MBA in Human Resource Management or related disciplines is desirable. **Mandatory:** Relevant work experience in this role, knowledge of production and supply chain operations. Knowledge of the metal-mechanical industry and the Sapiens ERP system will be considered a strong advantage.
