In this role, you will supervise and be accountable for operational site standards related to safety, quality, operational efficiency, and financial performance. **Key Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Execute routine extrusion line operations, ensuring team members adhere to policies and procedures related to employee, food and feed safety, and environmental compliance. * Monitor production results—volume and quality—to ensure customer and food safety requirements meet specifications. * Partner with production supervisors to meet customer specifications and schedules. * Manage departmental budget and performance. * Develop operational plans and monitor routine operations across all production processes for multiple departments, processes, and shifts. * Develop, supervise, and support team members—including coaching based on company values and guiding principles for assigned facilities or regions. * Other duties as assigned **Qualifications** ------------------ ### **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS** * Bachelor’s degree completed * Intermediate Office Suite proficiency * Proven experience in extrusion operations * End-to-end manufacturing process experience * Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and participation in related projects * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and experience with audits * Prior experience in team management and development ### **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Experience managing and analyzing performance indicators (KPIs) * Experience with ERP systems * English and/or Spanish \#LI\-Onsite \#LI\-GV1 At Cargill, every person matters.
