




Job Summary: Leads and supervises the management, operation, and conservation of a center, ensuring optimal infrastructure and equipment conditions with a focus on energy efficiency and quality. Advises Management on construction projects, installations, and renovations Salary:**To be agreed** Contract Type:**Permanent** Working Hours:**Flexible Schedule** Years of Experience:**No Experience Required** Job Mission: Direct, organize, and supervise all activities related to the management, operation, and conservation of the center, guaranteeing optimal conditions of infrastructure, facilities, and equipment. Job Responsibilities * Develop and implement building conservation plans (legal, preventive, and corrective maintenance). * Manage the maintenance team. * Supervise the warehouse of consumables, tools, and materials. * Monitor the monthly budget (warehouses, consumptions, repairs, spare parts). * Manage technical and maintenance documentation. * Design and implement an energy-saving plan. * Prepare periodic reports on the condition of the building, facilities, and equipment. * Coordinate audits for quality, environmental, and energy efficiency certifications. * Review external contracts according to quality criteria. * Advise Management on construction projects, installations, and renovations. * Manage internal and external communication, as well as customer complaints. * Keep HR, occupational health and safety (PRL), and internal process procedures and records up to date. Hierarchical and Functional Reporting: * Hierarchical: Center Manager * Functional: Corporate Director of EngineeringRequired Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering. * Solid technical knowledge of building installations. Desirable Qualifications: * Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). * User-level IT skills (Microsoft Office 365, AutoCAD, BIM). * Environmental management and energy efficiency. * Team management. Experience: * Minimum 5 years in a similar position. * Management of teams exceeding 10 people. * Valuable experience in energy efficiency projects, construction works, and installations.
