Job Summary: GRSA is hiring an Industrial Kitchen Assistant to support pre-preparation, preparation, sanitation, and food distribution on a 6x1 shift schedule (morning and afternoon), ensuring food safety. We are hiring: **INDUSTRIAL KITCHEN ASSISTANT \- 6x1 Shift Schedule (Morning and Afternoon)** **Main Responsibilities:** * **Pre\-preparation:** Sanitize, peel, cut, and portion vegetables, legumes, and other foods. * **Kitchen Support:** Assist cooks in preparing main dishes, side dishes, juices, and desserts. * **Sanitation:** Perform cleaning and organization of the kitchen work area, utensils, and equipment. * **Distribution:** Restock distribution points (buffet) and serve meals to diners. * **Food Safety:** Collect samples of finished products and monitor equipment and food temperatures. **Profile and Requirements:** * Prior experience in an industrial kitchen is generally preferred. * Elementary education.
