The professional will be responsible for performing fiber optic cable splices, network maintenance, customer activation and support, ensuring the proper operation and quality of telecommunications services.

**Job Description:**

Achieve goals and performance indicators assigned to the role; perform fiber optic cable splicing and network infrastructure work; prepare cables for splicing execution; remove equipment from customers’ premises; identify defects in networks and equipment; carry out preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure continuous operation of the fiber optic network; align fibers, cables, and optical distribution boxes; respond to fiber optic cable breaks; perform customer activation and maintenance; install, configure, and maintain equipment; conduct equipment relocations when necessary; assist in the development and implementation of installation projects; prepare technical documentation for all activities; perform tasks at heights using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and collective protective equipment (CPE); operate company vehicles responsibly; perform preventive and corrective maintenance on low-voltage DC and AC electrical systems, air conditioning systems, data transmission systems, and lightning protection systems (LPS); diagnose system faults; plan, evaluate, and execute installations establishing communications; participate in the implementation of new projects; configure equipment; handle and operate low-voltage generators; participate in on-call duty schedules, responding to alerts and performing required tasks to ensure network operation; collect information to support network inventory and documentation; manage movement of materials, assets (active or passive), including registration and inventory at deployment sites; implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the area; uphold conduct in accordance with Compliance standards, the Code of Ethics, and other corporate policies; travel when required; serve internal and external stakeholders; perform other duties relevant to the area as needed.
