Develop relationships with points of sale and partners Plastic Products industry seeks a Merchandising Coordinator in Joaçaba. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate and supervise field merchandising activities (tastings, customer approaches, demonstrations, and promotions). Conduct recruitment, selection, and hiring of promoters for campaigns. Train, guide, and supervise field sales promoter teams. Ensure proper execution of promotional activities according to campaign plans and objectives. Monitor activity performance, collect results, and prepare follow-up reports. Develop and maintain relationships with points of sale and commercial partners. Oversee logistics, inventory control, and distribution of merchandising materials. Ensure standards of presentation, customer approach, and quality of activities conducted by the team. Previous experience as Merchandising Manager, Sales Supervisor, Marketing Coordinator, or Merchandising Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
