We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to support the department’s strategies, strengthen the brand, and contribute to the company’s commercial campaigns. Key responsibilities include: planning, creating, and publishing content for social media, the company website, and other digital channels; supporting the promotional campaign calendar in collaboration with the Sales and Procurement teams; executing internal marketing activities in partnership with HR; creating and updating product catalogs, ensuring standardization and visual identity; developing graphic materials (brochures, banners, presentations, and promotional items); supporting events, campaigns, and promotional activities; monitoring marketing campaign results and suggesting improvements; conducting market research and tracking departmental KPIs; complying with internal policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and occupational health and safety (OHS) guidelines. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Currently enrolled in or graduated from a bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields; Basic to intermediate proficiency in content creation and editing tools; Familiarity with social media platforms and metric analysis; Strong organizational skills, effective communication, and teamwork orientation. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- YES **Benefits:** --------------- Food allowance of BRL 500.00 Company-provided lunch at the on-site cafeteria Performance-based bonus Transportation voucher Life insurance Unimed health and dental plan Collaborative work environment with growth opportunities **Work Location:** ---------------------- RZ REZZADORI & CIA LTDA - MATRIZ **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Monday to Friday, from 7:52 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:20 PM to 6:00 PM
