




Job Summary: This apprenticeship position involves administrative support, document organization, report preparation, customer service, and collaboration in team activities. Key Highlights: 1. Support in inventories and material organization 2. Assistance in face-to-face customer and employee service 3. Development of administrative and customer service skills * Completed high school education. * Availability to work from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM * Assist in inventories, item identification on shelves, and kit organization; Invoice verification; Assist in controlling and updating materials and documents within the department; Preparation and updating of spreadsheets; Organization and archiving of administrative documents. * Assist in face-to-face service to customers and employees; Perform control and organization of documents and files; Provide support in preparing reports and spreadsheets; Learn and develop administrative and customer service skills; Collaborate with other tasks assigned by the team and managers.
