On-site technical support and problem resolution for customers **Job Description:** This professional is responsible for the installation, operation, and preventive and corrective maintenance of telecommunications systems and devices. They are qualified to install and repair internet, TV, telephony, and other related networks and equipment. They provide on-site technical support for both customer and company equipment, troubleshoot and repair faults, lay cables and install equipment—all in compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental protection standards and strategies. **Job Responsibilities:** * Install, maintain, and repair internal and external fiber-optic networks. * Lay cables and install equipment on utility poles, buildings, rooftops, ceilings, and towers, in accordance with technical and safety standards. * Respond to customer service orders, adhering to scheduled appointments and deadlines. * Perform technical diagnostics, identify faults, and implement corrections on networks and equipment. * Install and configure broadband internet, TV, and other services offered by the company. * Create user accounts and perform network configurations according to technical standards. * Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on company and customer equipment. * Provide on-site technical support, clarify customer inquiries, and propose appropriate solutions. * Record and close service requests with clear and concise information in internal systems. * Use corporate and operational tools and systems in compliance with internal policies and procedures. * Operate company vehicles for travel and external service delivery. * Strictly comply with quality, occupational safety, PPE usage, and environmental guidelines. * Perform other duties related to the position as directed by the immediate supervisor.
